TimLocal is a community business directory that helps users find Vietnamese-owned and Vietnamese-speaking businesses across the United States. The Service is provided free of charge.
3. Business Listings
- All business submissions are subject to manual review and approval.
- We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.
- Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted information.
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information is prohibited.
- Listings are intended for legitimate businesses only - no spam, scams, or illegal services.
4. Verification Badges
TimLocal offers verification badges (Vietnamese-Owned, Vietnamese-Speaking) for businesses that confirm their status through our email verification process. These badges represent the business owner's self-reported status and are not independently audited. TimLocal is not responsible for the accuracy of self-reported verification claims.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our directory for commercial purposes
- Submit false or misleading business information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Harass, spam, or abuse businesses listed in our directory
6. Intellectual Property
The TimLocal name, logo, design, and original content are the property of TimLocal. Business information submitted by owners remains their property. Google Places data displayed on our site is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TimLocal does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing. We do not endorse any business listed in our directory. Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any business.
8. Limitation of Liability
TimLocal shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes any losses resulting from interactions with businesses found through our directory.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
